A focused and well-qualified employee increases the performance of the installed equipment and helps you with keeping the best knowledge inside your company and/or group.
Our experience shows that employees who have the opportunity to improve their skills in their daily job are more motivated and stay with their employer longer. You can choose the appropriate training-program for your employees. Most of the training-programs are modular in concept and cover everything from a well-founded introduction (basic level) to expert knowledge (advanced level). Attending these training-programs minimizes problems during production, also helping in- and simplifying faultfinding.
Small groups attending ensure an interactive and intensive learning. Most training-programs offer time for practical exercises (workshops) and discussions. The content is presented by experienced experts from various specialist fields.
We also offer some training-programs as an in-house (customized) training at your company.
