The consignment stock solution has two versions: In the Basic form, we put together a package that includes the most important wear parts. In the Advanced solution, we further equip the consignment stock with electrical and mechanical spare parts in order to achieve full availability. Of course, you can combine consignment stock Basic and consignment stock Advanced. However, BHS Corrugated charges an annual flat rate of 12.5% of the respective part value for all articles that fall under the Advanced solution.
The classic form of a consignment stock provides various parts on site. We take over the cost of warehousing for wear parts and you only pay for the items after they have been withdrawn/used. You pay for all items only after withdrawal. Payment is made either according to actual consumption or in fixed, plannable and always flexible monthly rates.
We invoice all items from the consignment stock after notification of withdrawal. By arrangement, a collective invoice can also be issued on a fortnightly or monthly basis. Stocking works in the same way.
As a rule, we collect your withdrawals for a period defined together with you and then invoice and dispatch them in a single step. This also has the advantage for you that you receive regular and predictable deliveries. This eliminates the daily effort of receiving goods.

There are a few prerequisites customers need to fulfill before they can obtain a consignment stock solution. The customer has to be able to provide a suitable and lockable storage location, insure BHS parts against things such as fire and theft, and carry out an annual inventory. Of course, we assume that our wear parts are used on a regular basis. The withdrawal notifications, which are necessary for an efficient and effective refilling of the consignment stock, are also mandatory.
